Small Barrel - Arms
The small barrel is a very good piece of equipment for working your center while supporting and opening both your shoulders and your hips. In this video I will show you the arm series first. You want to be in a place where you can lie back and place your head as far over the barrel as you can without hurting your neck, you might need to use a pillow.
You don't want to be down here it's not like a pillow you wanted to open your upper back so without a pillow you might be about here you can have your hands behind your neck to help lengthen your neck and place your head down or if you want a little more opening you can go back a little farther
