Your job as a teacher is to give your students a foundational understanding of Pilates, and to select the right exercises to target their individual needs. Being able to recognize your students needs takes practice. In this workshop Sandy will cover the power of observation, show you how she chooses exercises based on what she sees, and give you practice teaching exercises in a fun and supportive environment.
